The MGHerring Group is partnering with Peleton Real Estate Partners to develop the 200,000-square-foot, eight-story office tower at The Village at Fairview.
The office tower has been designed to accommodate six corner offices on each floor, with the capacity for tenants as large as 29,000 square feet or as small as 1,500 square feet on a single floor. The building will have extended height exterior glass and will be finished to blend with the upscale entrances of the surrounding retail space.
The tenancy of the office is expected to consist of corporations and companies from the northern tier of the DFW Metroplex. Companies that are both expanding locally or opening new offices in DFW will find the Offices at The Village of Fairview to be the benchmark for quality and service.
