Fairfield Residential, LLC will develop The Village at Fairview’s multifamily residential component in several phases, with the first phase scheduled for completion in the fall of 2008.  The initial phase will feature more than 100 units located above the retail portion of the lifestyle center as well as 300 garden apartments adjacent to the retail portion. Upon completion, this component will feature more than 1,000 units.

Each residence will be designed as a “custom home” with personalized interiors. In addition, lush landscaping will complement the buildings and surrounding area to create colorful and creative streetscapes. The residential component also will include a nine-acre park adjacent to the lifestyle center and 2 miles of recreational trails surrounding the project.
